Agreement between the User and Select Commercial Funding LLC (“Select Commercial”)

All content published on this site is owned by Select Commercial.  User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license or transfer any information found on this site.

The information, software, products and services published on this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.  Select Commercial makes no representation as to the accuracy or suitability of any information contained on this site, and shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages resulting from the use of this information.  As a condition for using this site, User agrees to indemnify Select Commercial against any and all liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any claims pertaining to the use of the information contained on this site.

All rates, terms, and other lending conditions quoted on this site are subject to change without notice.  All such information is intended for general information and is not guaranteed.  Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a formal approval or commitment to lend.  All loan applications are subject to due diligence and credit approval.  Any commitment to lend will be issued in writing and signed by an officer of Select Commercial and be clearly labeled as a Commitment Letter.

Any and all documents, information, statements, reports, and the like, furnished by User will be accurate, truthful and not misleading.  Select Commercial maintains the right to reject any application, even after commitment, if it is determined that any information submitted was inaccurate, untruthful, or misleading. 

All deposits made by User when submitting an application are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise.

Select Commercial is a commercial mortgage broker and does not make independent credit decisions.  User understands that Select Commercial shall not be liable, under any circumstances, if a lender rejects a loan application submitted by User.

Select Commercial will not be liable for any delay, difficulty in use, computer viruses, malicious code, or other defect in the use of this website.

This Agreement shall be governed, enforced and construed under the laws of the State of New York.  Venue and exclusive jurisdiction shall the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
